Peer to Peer – Management & Administration

PACT’s Peer to Peer groups are an opportunity to connect with colleagues who work in similar roles at theatres across the country. Led by peer facilitators and PACT staff, these 60-minute sessions offer a casual and conversational forum to share ideas, discuss common challenges, and build on your successes.
The session is open to all managing directors, general managers, and other company leaders and administrators at PACT member companies, as well as PACT Colleagues. It is also open to others in performing arts management if space allows. There is no cost to participate, and group sizes are kept small to ensure participation and engagement.
